OSHA reporting requirements change for 2024

 

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has made a change this year to the 1904 Subpart E App B electronic reporting requirements.  Employers with 100 or more employees in certain higher hazard industries file their OSHA 300 log electronically.  NAICS 2381 (Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors) and 4233 Lumber and Other Construction Materials Merchant Wholesalers were included on the list. 

 

WCF will be conducting another OSHA 300 Log understanding the requirements on Thursday December 5, 2024 10:15 am – 11:45 am. Mountain Time.  In person or virtual options available.  You may register at
