This course will provide an overview of ISO45001 and ANSI Z-10 standards and discuss how to use them in developing new, or in evaluating current safety management systems. An Effective Safety Management System Reduces the risk of workplace incidents, injuries and fatalities through data-driven measurements and improvements. Involves engaging people and working in partnership to make safety a shared responsibility, recognizing the value of cross-level teamwork. SMS is also a proactive, preventive and integrated into the culture of your organization. (This course is approved for Professional Contractor Continuing Education based on seminar length).
