This course will discuss the OSHA requirements for record keeping, including tracking and documenting workplace injuries/illnesses and filling out the required OSHA 300 log form. This course will review the "300 Form" and the basic subtleties between "OSHA recordable" and "reportable" injuries. Basic principles of claims management will also be discussed. (This course approved for Core Contractor Continuing Education based on seminar length).
