This course will address the occupational risks with dealing with angry customers and coworkers. Techniques for diffusing hostile situations, preventing violent outbursts, and preventing robbery will be presented. Course objectives are to help employers provide a safe workplace and lessen the risk of violence in the workplace. (This course approved for Professional Contractor Continuing Education based on seminar length).
