This course is an introduction to the concepts of behavioral safety. The workplace cultures and management styles in which the behavioral safety process can be successful will be discussed. Basic elements of behavioral safety will be presented and resources provided on how to implement the process in the workplace. (This course approved for Professional Contractor Continuing Education based on seminar length).
